The FGR U13's team are riding high with 7 wins & 1 draw in their last 8 games.
(Gushing parent alert) Very proud of my son Adam Bloomfield who is the no. 7 striker and the rest of the boys for there professional approach and what they have achieved so far this season.
And a special thank you to their coaches Jon Stiddard & Brian Doust. Good luck in the Nerf JPL final lads.

Well done the Under 13s.

Another tremendous achievement by another FGR team, with the first team in the play off zone and the Ladies winning their League and Cup and now the Under 13s, the future looks rosy for FGR.

Watched the under 13 last night as I have done on many occasions this season, and have to say that it was their best performance
of the season in front of a very good crowd. The 4 nil score line was a just reward for the passing game that I hope some of the first team
were watching. well done boys, it was a pleasure to watch you all give your all.

Lots of reasons to be very proud of our Club this season. Under 13s triumph is the cherry on the top of the icing. Well done lads

Also, it is great that TNL hosts games like this - bet the young players felt 10 feet tall after winning in such surroundings?

The u13's were brilliant last Thursday in their final, the scoreline may have been 4-0 but in truth it could have been lots more, and Weston were blown away.

I'd also like to add that the u9's also won the cup competition they were in at the weekend, and the u18's completed the SWCY League and Cup double.

This weekend will see the u14's and u15's compete in the JPL play off's to see who wins their respective leagues.

Just seen the highlights, great performance - well done lads, wish I had gone.

Bloomers - I think we might well have seen goal of the season there!!! :D

Not sure about results wise, I think the u14's fared slightly better than the 15's, but I know neither made the final

About FGR

We’re a club that looks to the future, but our identity is forged from a rich 128-year history. Founded in 1889, we’re one of the oldest football clubs in the world.

In 2017, we were promoted to the Football League for the first time in our history – which means we can spread our sustainability message to an even bigger audience. FIFA recently described us as the greenest football club in the world. That’s quite an accolade, and it shows how we’ve been able to bring together football and environmental consciousness at the highest levels of the game.
