WOKING at home, one we need to win to ensure we remain solidly in the play off zone and still with an optimistic eye on the title.

Everyone very positive, just greeners junior and the operator for the draw.

9 different winning scores predicted with 3-1 the most popular

Large crowd forecasted all bar 4 above 1738, a cluster of 11 between 1899 and 1994

A draw is the most popular prediction for up at Tranmere (14), though more think we'll win (11) than lose (7). It is a great top of the table battle between two sides who play good football and score goals. The match at TNL was a cracker, 2-2 with FGR arguably deserving to win.

It's also the title decider for the February PL. Interestingly none of the top seven are predicting a FGR win!

14
greeners junior (2-0)
redunited (2-2)

12
urban spaceman (1-1)
titch (2-1)
linfield (2-2)

11
Stroud Green (2-2)
Tommo (1-1)

So a draw and redunited is champion, 1-1 and he shares it with urban spaceman
A win and greeners junior stays at the top, a position he's held all month. Redunited will share the title with him
A defeat and greeners junior wins, 2-1 and he shares it with titch

I think that's right, of course we all hope it's win!

Sadly the Tranmere match was postponed.....I ventured to Bolton to watch them struggle to draw with Bristol Rovers! The 'Macron' stadium is impressive.

The February League will be decided after the rearranged fixture - probably in April!

Don't forget to get your March predictions in before Saturday's match v Macclesfield.

After that win in the sunshine up in Yorkshire in front of 700 fans, we head up to Birkenhead under the floodlights for the top of the table clash against Tranmere.

At the time of predicting, a draw was the top forecast though more thought we'd win than lose. Interestingly none of the top seven predict our FG Rovers coming home with 3 points!

About FGR

We’re a club that looks to the future, but our identity is forged from a rich 128-year history. Founded in 1889, we’re one of the oldest football clubs in the world.

In 2017, we were promoted to the Football League for the first time in our history – which means we can spread our sustainability message to an even bigger audience. FIFA recently described us as the greenest football club in the world. That’s quite an accolade, and it shows how we’ve been able to bring together football and environmental consciousness at the highest levels of the game.
