None of us forecast that Colchester would win at TNL. However many of us forecast that Reid would score and the attendance would be close to 2869.
Consequently many of us managed to few points and that moves Tommo back to top of table.
well done Tommo.

Still need a few more monthly forecasts:

Great to see so many having confidence in predicting so many fans to the game! 2869 is brilliant - almost as many home fans as top of the table Accrington Stanley managed after 8 consecutive home wins against the mighty(?) Notts County

Still very close at the top of the prediction league....well done Tommo, I think this is more likely to go to the wire, than our escape from the drop

I will allow the Reid goal to be added to your overall score because had posted him as a goalscorer on the Match Forecast.

Red United has become top player for month of April c/o correct forecast for the Chesterfield game.
Red predicted the exact final 4-1 result and nominated Doidge as his goalscorer.
Well done.

Rearranged game against Yeovil will be included in monthly table for March.

Redunited showing great end of season form, it's tight at the top in the seasonal league!

Thanks to Sparky & John Whiffen for your sponsorship paid yesterday. All money owed to me now settled ( as long as Linfield & his father do a bit of negotiating!)

Plenty of winnings to distribute - or use for subs for next season

No sponsor for May so we're predicting Grimsby for the love of it!

According to the first post on this thread Grimsby is actually part of this month's competition.

The 2017-18 Prediction League has two matches to run - the winners for both the final month & the season are in a tight scrap.

The April ( & Grimsby) mini league could still see almost anyone finishing in the top three. The good news is that, thanks to the kind sponsorship of Urban Spaceman, there is bumper prize money. The winner receives £25, second £15, third £10.

The battle for The Colin Gardner Shield is similarly very close - Tommo maintains his lead but anyone from John Whiffen (144) upwards still has a realistic chandce of having their name engraved on the shield for its 11th year.

Well done Silver Surfer who forecast a home win for Luton and that Doidge would score for FGR.

Last game of season next Saturday and the prediction tables are very close.
Plenty to play for.
Good luck all.

About FGR

We’re a club that looks to the future, but our identity is forged from a rich 128-year history. Founded in 1889, we’re one of the oldest football clubs in the world.

In 2017, we were promoted to the Football League for the first time in our history – which means we can spread our sustainability message to an even bigger audience. FIFA recently described us as the greenest football club in the world. That’s quite an accolade, and it shows how we’ve been able to bring together football and environmental consciousness at the highest levels of the game.
