Why would Fleets think he's too good for us, he wouldn't have rejected Crewe and stayed would he !!!

maybe hes greedy and is waiting for a bigger club so he can be better paid H

Money is not everything to Fleets, he was offered a lot of money by Crewe but he preferred to stay at FGR due to other reasons. I'm sure that if he is looking for a move for next season then he would continue to play his heart out to make a good impression to any prospective club.

Really upsetting for our fans who travelled to be let down by unprofessional conduct, and then poor discipline.

Perhaps the ref had been watching too many premier league games this week!

Remaining players will have to give 120% second half!

would not have thought he will recieve any bigger offers, considering his dip in form, and this show a petulance will not help either.

There was a Burnley scout sat two rows behind me on Friday, assuming that he was there to watch Fleets, it seems like there is still some interest in him...might be less after today, some sides would be less likely to sign a player if they doubted his temperament.

Bob Hunt reckons he simulated receiving a head butt after talking to fans.

Fleets often holds his head if he is mystified by a decision but surely the ref/lino can't have read this as a head butt

I reckon DCB needs to take a holiday in Morecambe. That way he might get a game!!!

A spell in nearby Lancaster did Bees good

Glad Stoney is playing well as he is likely to be in for the next few games if Tonks is out. Burton sounds to be strutting his stuff and making few errors

We certainly are pushing up but if JP is resolute at the back this is a worthwhile gamble. A draw would now be a magnificent effort

It sounds like we are going flat out but that Torquay are pretty much all over us now despite missing the second penalty.

JH will be upset by the poor discipline from Hardiker, twice now, and Fleets' apparent gamemanship. If we had had 11 men we would have given Torquay a real run for their money - indeed it sounds like we have anyway.

Well done Burton on the second penalty.

About FGR

We’re a club that looks to the future, but our identity is forged from a rich 128-year history. Founded in 1889, we’re one of the oldest football clubs in the world.

In 2017, we were promoted to the Football League for the first time in our history – which means we can spread our sustainability message to an even bigger audience. FIFA recently described us as the greenest football club in the world. That’s quite an accolade, and it shows how we’ve been able to bring together football and environmental consciousness at the highest levels of the game.
