Same for me. Wasn't there supposed to be someone checking these things?

Not just me then, was just trying another link thinking I'd got it wrong somehow.

No commentary for me either, would have to think they are working on it.

FGR & technology is a disaster! The only bit they get to work is the bit that collects the money

I have emailed the help desk but guess what .. no reply ...

Ah now they have replied

“I’m very sorry that you’re having issues with our product. We are currently investigating and working hard to resolve this.

Thank you for your patience whilst we solve the problem.

Kind regards,”

It can't be that difficult to do a test pre-match to check its all ready to go?

That's what was promised when they launched this seasons service 2 weeks ago.

FGRWill wrote:We're announcing the service shortly (it'll have to be shortly - the first game is in 72 hours).

The official release and news will follow about pricing and available audio and video packages.

The reason I've just popped up is to let you know we've got an editor working on ensuring the service is running. This person at our service provider (we are still not an iFollow club) will be ensuring all of the appropriate audio and video feeds are monitored. We'll also have a customer service person (also at our provider) handling queries about subscription matters on a matchday.

I'm hoping this solves all of last year's issues - and gives you the service you deserve. If you knew actually how complicated the process was, you would be understanding.

Definitely strange listening to a game with no commentary. As long as the crowd stays fairly quiet/unexcited we're all good.

Maybe Bob's gone all avant garde on us and decided to deliver his commentary in mime.

Lively first half with chances at both ends, according to twitter. Stand out moment seems to be a brilliant save from Wollacott to deny Sarr from point blank range.

The sound I'm getting doesn't relate to FGR's match.

About FGR

We’re a club that looks to the future, but our identity is forged from a rich 128-year history. Founded in 1889, we’re one of the oldest football clubs in the world.

In 2017, we were promoted to the Football League for the first time in our history – which means we can spread our sustainability message to an even bigger audience. FIFA recently described us as the greenest football club in the world. That’s quite an accolade, and it shows how we’ve been able to bring together football and environmental consciousness at the highest levels of the game.
