I counted up how many of our lifetime cup ties i was personally at and it came to a staggering 50. It should have been 51 but I missed the defeat to Torrington in 1996 because I was in the Caribbean celebrating my 25th wedding anniversary. And do I remember that game because I kept in touch with the late Eric Doughty via phone from his position in the PA Room.

Some great memories from all those matches but as I stated last week in the 130 year thread our greatest match was beating Rotherham away 3-0 in a replay to set up a massive local derby with Swindon.

Well done Lady Magpie, how can anyone beat that, your the CHAMPION.

Congratulations FootieMan, I have only managed 48 since !998.

My memories are obviously Rotherham away, what an atmosphere.
Playing Torquay, Neville Southall in goal for Torquay.
The Ashford manager buying beers for his whole team after drawing with us.
Winning the games v Derby and Swindon before conceding to lose both.

Who said football is boring !!!!

I remember the Torquay game, Southall was booked for time wasting waiting for the non-existant ballboy to retrieve the ball for a goal kick,

Tickets on sale for season ticket holders and members until Friday 1st Nov 10.00 am, then on general sale. Adults £23, concessions £18, Under 21's £12, under 16 £8, under 11 £0.00. Premium seats will cost more. Billericay are use to paying adult £13, concession £9 and a lot less for kids. Our prices seem a bit steep to see a Nat south team. Still I suppose it's the romance of the FA Cup.

Not sure I would want to spend £23 (x2) to see us play Billericay.

Just bought my ticket in my normal seat for £5.
Apparently the original prices were incorrect and have been updated.

Why is the north stand not available and how can I load a ticket for another stand on my north stand season ticket?

???

Ticket prices have been agreed at just £10 for adults and £5 for concessions, with U11s going FREE!

Not sure how that can be called "full whack" Remember Billericay will want a decent share £ of the gate.

Confused. com:

What are the price. please? TOTC quotes £5 for his Premium Stand ticket and yet your remarks above indicate far more than that.

Just got them. TOTC is correct! + the North Stand is for Billericay..

The confusion comes because the early birds who bought a ticket this morning were being charged the normal prices for league games, since then the prices have changed on the ticket website. Anyone who paid over the odds should be claiming a refund.

I assumed wrongly the ticket price I paid before boaarding a flight at gatwIce this morning was correct.

I queried it at the time but was told it's a full price game.

Ticket office shut tomorrow will try e mail.

If it's anything like getting a refund for failed onlineadio commentary I would nt hold my breath.

See Billericay's game with Weymouth cancelled today due two vehicles being driven over playing surface during a break in over night.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/50275523

I see they are filling their third coach.

About FGR

We’re a club that looks to the future, but our identity is forged from a rich 128-year history. Founded in 1889, we’re one of the oldest football clubs in the world.

In 2017, we were promoted to the Football League for the first time in our history – which means we can spread our sustainability message to an even bigger audience. FIFA recently described us as the greenest football club in the world. That’s quite an accolade, and it shows how we’ve been able to bring together football and environmental consciousness at the highest levels of the game.
