Lastest of last ditches by Farrend there from their break. We're going for it in terrible conditions.

At least we got a point. Still disappointing really. We were a good side once... Just hope we can get that back.

Well that was better, plenty of desire again but we have to find a way of turning our dominance into goals.

Not as impressive second half, but a beautifully taken goal by George after some quick one-touch passing. Then a frantic last few minutes with Faz doing a superb job of keeping out what could easily have been the winner as the goal opened up for Oldham.

Again, the lion's share of the possession and passing much more accurate than it has been for a while. No urgency until late in the game again tho', when we finally got to running at them, making for an exciting end to the game.

Difficult to pinpoint where it went wrong. The team seemed very assured but the goal did have an effect on body language for a while and we didn't seem quite so in control of the game.

Full marks for effort again, though and if George is coming back in this form maybe he will be the spark we need up front. He certainly had an air of confidence that he could be the match-winner and hit some decent free-kicks from distance.

For me, the biggest surprise was Dawson. He was really effective on the right flank, often going past his man.

Overall, shame about the one we let in, but typical of what's been happening lately. Somebody just seizing a chance to hit it. Nevertheless, a well-taken point after falling behind. Surely it must turn around soon!

17 shots to their 9, 66% possession. So yet again we have more shots and more possession but don't win. Bit frustrating, but at least there's nothing wrong with the team spirit or fitness, we keep scoring late goals. If we could only go into the last 10 minutes of a game level....

It shows how much the season has changed when a draw is now a positive result whereas a few months ago it was a disappointing one.

About FGR

We’re a club that looks to the future, but our identity is forged from a rich 128-year history. Founded in 1889, we’re one of the oldest football clubs in the world.

In 2017, we were promoted to the Football League for the first time in our history – which means we can spread our sustainability message to an even bigger audience. FIFA recently described us as the greenest football club in the world. That’s quite an accolade, and it shows how we’ve been able to bring together football and environmental consciousness at the highest levels of the game.
