Got it about twice this season but seemed at random, I'll get the phone and check.

ETA Three times actually, vs Yeovil, Wycombe and Lincoln

That's because if we see who's playing beforehand .... there's a good chance we won't bother going to watch !!!!!!

Got it once or twice but nothing for a few weeks. Lash up.

Poor communication. Either take ownership of sorting the problem or dump it.

.....or an elecronic programme even, for those of us miles away who've subscribed to the online radio service. Think I've received two all season so far. Yes, I've checked my spam....

I haven't received one all year, have emailed about it several times with no response.

Maybe there are questions here for the Chief Executive?

Re poor communication, no texts, limited programmes, problems with commentaries.

In any other similar sized organisation the Chief Exec would be all over this sort of thing. I don't think the posters on this thread are getting confidence that matters are being addressed.

I agree with Timb get it sorted or communicate that you have had to drop it. Please stop disappointing your customers.

But communication through Facebook and Twitter has improved.

I get the team selection in advance of the game through Facebook.

It can't be hard, though, to simply email the same to members - maybe with an option to turn off the emails if we don't want them.

Yes that is correct the team coming through Twitter and Facebook is improved, but of course not everyone uses social media. I think the issue is simply this; if you say you're going to do something ...do it. Or at least communicate that there is a problem and that all endeavours are being made to fix it.

Perhaps in this age where choice is everything, and fans will choose to access information by many different means, allow us to decide how we would like to receive the team news.

Unfortunately the bosses appear more interested in their own self-aggrandisement and vanity projects than delivering on promises made to us fans.

Bang on!

That and banning season ticket holders from the South Stand.

Awful performance on and off the field this year.

There must have been a reason for this and I've heard nothing, please explain FGR-Ledge?

About FGR

We’re a club that looks to the future, but our identity is forged from a rich 128-year history. Founded in 1889, we’re one of the oldest football clubs in the world.

In 2017, we were promoted to the Football League for the first time in our history – which means we can spread our sustainability message to an even bigger audience. FIFA recently described us as the greenest football club in the world. That’s quite an accolade, and it shows how we’ve been able to bring together football and environmental consciousness at the highest levels of the game.
