Reminds me of politicians who resign to "spend more time with their family".

I very much doubt that this is going to end speculation & rumour.

So that’s the official explanation. Noble’s absence is because of an unspecified medical matter.
I would have though the official statement might have included best wishes from all at Forest Green Rovers and hopes for a speedy recovery. And possibly a word from the manager echoing those sentiments.

FGR public relations have gone down hill fast this last 6 months very poor intact
Things need to change fast
We all know what's happened with Liam and other members of the playing staff at least get there stories right
Even the press are not asking the correct questions just in case they get the wrath of cooper and get banished from the club
Come on fgr get more professional

I wonder how many teams we could field using players who have fallen out with Cooper and Pennock?

If as you claim "we all know what"s happened........" then why do you keep bleating on about wanting answers??If as youclaim you know already then you already know the answers.
Maybe the club, the player or whoever else thinks it is none of your business what goes on behind the scenes. You pay to watch a football match on Saturday afternoon not to know what goes on in everyones life.
More a case of you love a moan about anything and everything.

I have asked the club why is Liam not in the team, and this is the response, so I politely disagree with your view about not asking the correct questions.

I'm not into making stories up based on speculation and legally this is dangerous ground.

May I be the first to say that, whatevers going on, that I hope Noble is OK and wish him the best wishes for him.

I can see why the club could not say this publicatlly as it it suggests something. However I have no doubt that the club are trying to protect the player.

It isnt me with my knickers in a twist, it is you as usual.
Heres an idea,if you are so desperate to ask things then why don't you ask MC and DV yourself, they are often in the CE after a game.
As i mentioned above, personal issues of players and staff are none of your business.
Have you ever actually read back all your own comments to see how negative you are.

What makes you think you have the right to know private stuff like this Great Dane? All fans need to know is that Liam Noble is unavailable for selection, which has been clearly communicated today.

The rest is no one else's business other then the people directly involved.

If you've heard what many of us have, it points to the statement by the club being genuine. Some people are happy to talk about health issues. Others aren't. If Noble fits into the former, you'll hear about it soon enough.
Your hands-down winner.

Mark, I understand Liam Noble has a personal issue, can you tell the fans what this is please?
Do you really think I should ask this and do you think the manager is going to say something???
I'm not sure what you do for a living but I know how to conduct myself in a professional manner.

About FGR

We’re a club that looks to the future, but our identity is forged from a rich 128-year history. Founded in 1889, we’re one of the oldest football clubs in the world.

In 2017, we were promoted to the Football League for the first time in our history – which means we can spread our sustainability message to an even bigger audience. FIFA recently described us as the greenest football club in the world. That’s quite an accolade, and it shows how we’ve been able to bring together football and environmental consciousness at the highest levels of the game.
