Car:

The full address of the stadium is:

Ricoh Arena
Judds Lane
Foleshill
Coventry
CV6 6GE

If travelling by car from the north, it is advised using either the M6 or M1. If using the M1, join the M6 at the Catthorpe Interchange and leave the motorway at Junction 3 before joining the A444 (South). For theM6, exit at Junction 3 and join the A444 (South).

For fans travelling by car from the south, it is advised using the M1 and joining the M6 at the Catthorpe Interchange and leaving the motorway at Junction 3 before joining the A444 (south).

Parking:

On-site car parking can be booked online here.

Car Parks A and B are located on-site at the Ricoh Arena and can be accessed via the main entrance on Judds Lane. Car Park C is located adjacent to the stadium, and can be accessed from Jimmy Hill Way.

There is a 2km resident’s permit zone in operationsurrounding the arena, meaning that you cannot park on any of the streetswithout having a permit.

There has also been a change of management company at the large Tesco car park next door, which strictly enforces a no more than 2 hour stay regulation on a match day. They use an ANPR system and a £100 fine (£60 if paid within 14 days) is sent through the post if the stay goes over this.

Event Support Team offer a number of convenient parking options, all of which are between a 5 and 15 minute walk from the arena, with prices starting from £4 per space if pre-booked. Also, because some of their car parks are considerably smaller than other options, you benefit from not usually having long queues when exiting.

It is recommended that you book in advance, as they often sell out prior to the date of the match. You can book online here. If they have not sold out in advance, then cash parking will be available on the day, but this is not something that they can guarantee.

If you are a disabled badge holder, please contact Daniel.Salotra@Apcoa.com or Kevin.phillips@apcoa.com for availability and prices. Car parking is not available directly from CCFC.

Train:

Coventry is on the main line between London and Birmingham.

Coventry train station is located in Coventry city centre, around 4 miles from the Ricoh Arena.

Please note ive been here for rugby the club car park is £10 and their isn't a lot else in easy walking distance Their are a lot of parking restrictions in Coventry . The cost of admission on the day is a whopping £25 their fans are staying away and their gates aren't what they expected Mark Robins has commented on this matter in the press( poor gates) I cant prebuy because of my job so will give this game a miss.
£25 for fourth division football pay on the day and they have stated like other clubs they are not catering for fans who make their mind up on the day to go! Football has got to take a long hard look at itself many people due to jobs/family/travelling cannot decide until on the day if they can go so why penalise people ? Do clubs want support or not we are supposed to be the customer you wouldn't think so the way people are treated on this matter.

Thanks OTC.

I will be going up after work as will need to leave a bit later than the bus. I'll have spare seats if anyone is stuck with bus times etc and wants to have a lift. Just PM me or something.

I booked 3 seats on the coach this afternoon and was told in no uncertain terms, firm but fair!! that the coach would be leaving TNL at 3.30 pm. She did say that she would change the info. on the web site, but obviously nothing has been done yet. Clarification would be most appreciated.

Hi
Don't understand the From the M1 North use Cathorpe bit.
The M69, to jct 2 which is also jct 2 on the M6 then just 3 mls on the M6 to jct 2 is surely more direct. In fact on the new alignments I can't even see a Southbound M1 to West bound M6 link on either the OS or Google maps.

Received following from club:
"Ken changed the times, but don’t panic! He has changed to times with half an hour difference. I will contact everyone on my travel list and make sure they know. If you could spread the word via the forum that would be a great help!"

If we hadn't stopped for an hour on the outskirts of Nottingham on Saturday we'd have been there at midday

No-one likes getting to the ground late but three hours is a heck of a cushion

Just a reminder to those planning to attend game that FGR reception have a number of 'early bird' tickets available.
They will be on sale until 2.30pm Friday and will save £3 than paying at gate.

Does anyone know if there is a way we can buy the tickets from the club without picking them up from the New Lawn for this game?

We go to quite a lot of away games but not living in nailsworth anymore - we can’t always make it to the ground leading up to a match.

Some clubs allow away fans to buy online so they can get the cheap advance tickets but I’ve noticed a few that don’t this year...usually its only a quid but this games is £3 per person which is money better spent at the pub!

Is there no way the club could transport the pre paid tickets on the supporters coach for us to pick up at Coventry?

When I spoke to the club on Monday they said they couldn’t in case they got lost! Have they changed that now?

You're technically correct, as long as you coming from the M1 north of Leicester...those south of Leicester will carry on down the M1 to Cathorpe and then hop along the M6.
Plenty in the tank sir......bloody good shot Rovers!

If you are travelling on coach from TNL, perhaps it possible that you could collect ticket from reception before departure.
Or else get a nominated mate to pick it up for you and have him hand it over to you at the Ricoh.

Went to get a Coventry ticket before the game today but told any unsold tkts were posted back to Coventry on Friday pm. Surely both clubs will have missed out on some sales today as a result. Why can't the club simply return any unsold tickets after Tuesday. It is not as if we will sell out a section for away fans. After today's performance Tuesday's game is now not so inviting.

About FGR

We’re a club that looks to the future, but our identity is forged from a rich 128-year history. Founded in 1889, we’re one of the oldest football clubs in the world.

In 2017, we were promoted to the Football League for the first time in our history – which means we can spread our sustainability message to an even bigger audience. FIFA recently described us as the greenest football club in the world. That’s quite an accolade, and it shows how we’ve been able to bring together football and environmental consciousness at the highest levels of the game.
