Hi
Just thought I would remind you all it is time for the first round proper draw next Monday at 19:00 on BBC Two.

Any favourites for our first opponents?

A non league team at home would be good, hoping for an easy passage to the third round, and then Man Utd away.

Away to AFC Telford United. If they can beat FC United of Manchester.
Entirely selfish ...short walk.

Hi
Got to win a couple of matches before we can visit B & H A.

Burgess Hill are still there at the moment, but they have to get past Dartford today.
Bognor and Folkestone are other south coast possibilities.

Had to work this morning so did next best thing and went to watch the Bucks v FC united. I've changed my mind FGR would be knocked out of the cup by Telford. They have got themselves a really good manager, they have a real team spirit and the fans and team are together... It was a cracking FA cup match.

Which lower league side is going to humiliate us, then?
Your hands-down winner.

I would be very happy to have Cheltenham home or away.
Bumper crowd and not far to travel for either set of supporters.

About FGR

We’re a club that looks to the future, but our identity is forged from a rich 128-year history. Founded in 1889, we’re one of the oldest football clubs in the world.

In 2017, we were promoted to the Football League for the first time in our history – which means we can spread our sustainability message to an even bigger audience. FIFA recently described us as the greenest football club in the world. That’s quite an accolade, and it shows how we’ve been able to bring together football and environmental consciousness at the highest levels of the game.
