Time to stick together

Postby Phil_mitchell » Thu Oct 12, 2017 5:42 pm

Seeing Noble join mitts county made me feel sick. No loyalty in this game he clearly wanted out so **** him.
We need to get behind the team now manager included, backs against the wall stick together. Tide is slowly starting to turn we need to make sure it does.

Absolutely awesome post Mike! :D

Come on let's get behind the boys and show what a passionate club we are!

I did have a modicum of respect fr Noble for last season, I now have none whatsoever!!

So hope he crashes and burns at Notts Clownty.

Spot on Mike. Noble has gone from hero to zero.

We can only be concerned with our FGR squad, management, Owners, Supporters & begin to support them all.

Noble could not wait only a couple of weeks before signing for notts county, signed within a few days. Good bloody riddance.

You're surprised? It was actually too obvious to call.

No idea what the problem is but it's happened to me twice tonight.

I just answered the FGR question and was then able to log in same as usual.

Some people have mentioned that we could have sold him earlier but I guess the club had no idea that this was going to happen.Maybe cutting their losses was the best that could be hoped for. I don't know how much Liam was on per week but times that by the 12 weeks we would have had to pay him until January and you have a large sum, and if Notts County knew he wanted to come to them and that he was no longer wanted in the squad, you can guarantee they wouldn't be offering 100k for him again at that time, better to agree to rip up an expensive 3 year contract and let him go before he became toxic with other players maybe.
I'd rather be a free man in my grave, than living as a puppet or a slave.

Can`t we all just come together to cheer, support & get everyone on board to keep us in the league?
what`s the point of of whining about events that have happened - no one is perfect.
Come on you Rovers.
Lets get behind the boys tomorrow.
Tomorrow is the beginning of the next phase in FGR`s history - gone is gone forever.

I have been saying this for weeks, time to put the disagreement and petty arguments behind us, get behind the management and players...we are in it together, we all know it, time to show it!

About FGR

We’re a club that looks to the future, but our identity is forged from a rich 128-year history. Founded in 1889, we’re one of the oldest football clubs in the world.

In 2017, we were promoted to the Football League for the first time in our history – which means we can spread our sustainability message to an even bigger audience. FIFA recently described us as the greenest football club in the world. That’s quite an accolade, and it shows how we’ve been able to bring together football and environmental consciousness at the highest levels of the game.
