Just mentioned on R5 that Coventry have banned the pitch invader for life...which does seem a long time not being able to support your team.

She’s next in line for the Cheltenham head coach job

Excellent. We need to put the diet of recent relative success into this sort of context.

Love these comparisons

Both clubs had memorable F.A.Cup runs in 2009

Coventry reached the quarter - final in front of a sell-out Ricoh Arena against Chelsea who won 2–0 in front of 31,407.

It was our best ever F.A.cup run defeating Ashford, Team Bath, Rotherham and then just losing to Derby County 3-4 in front 4836, the biggest ever crowd at The New Lawn

About FGR

We’re a club that looks to the future, but our identity is forged from a rich 128-year history. Founded in 1889, we’re one of the oldest football clubs in the world.

In 2017, we were promoted to the Football League for the first time in our history – which means we can spread our sustainability message to an even bigger audience. FIFA recently described us as the greenest football club in the world. That’s quite an accolade, and it shows how we’ve been able to bring together football and environmental consciousness at the highest levels of the game.
