Don't know anything about Sam Hendy on the bench - from the academy? Anyway, let's put seven past them and start working on that goal difference

Promising start, but it's the hope that kills you as Brad has a bit of a brainfart and you're reminded of the errors we are so prone to. Come on lads, bury one of these chances.

Soft goal right on half time

Sickener, flagged for a few minutes and you know so many corners is asking for it

Quite. Wonder if the back post will get the blame from MC for the goal.

We can't afford to see the goal difference take more of a hit second half as the league table currently shows how much it is costing us. What we also must do - short of turning the game around - is keeping eleven on the pitch. CC has had a good half so far... Still fail to see what Brown offers.

Switched off from a short corner, frustrating because we've done ok so far.

Need more movement going forward though,

We'll just have to go out and do even better second half.

Come on Rovers. It's only one goal. We can still win this.

Nearly held on
Best team for 30 mins upto edge of box then nothing
Then they boss next 15 mins and rein in 10 shots winning 6 corners - they did this - we didn’t
Guess what - they are too - we are bottom

Luton team all look to be big strong men
We have too many lightweights where it matters
Let’s hope doidge gets one clear chance and we get away with a draw

At least the 'play short goalkick to wingback, back to keeper, back to wingback and hoof to opposition' goalkick routine was abandoned towards the end of the half.

Really poor marking, player ran right across the goal with no one tracking to pick up the ball. but again it's the story of our season, offer nothing in the final third and prone to errors at the back.

Let me jump in and say 'we are only where we are in the table because of our poor start', as if it changes anything. Anyhow, now that I've saved some people a job, the game isn't beyond us at present.

About FGR

We’re a club that looks to the future, but our identity is forged from a rich 128-year history. Founded in 1889, we’re one of the oldest football clubs in the world.

In 2017, we were promoted to the Football League for the first time in our history – which means we can spread our sustainability message to an even bigger audience. FIFA recently described us as the greenest football club in the world. That’s quite an accolade, and it shows how we’ve been able to bring together football and environmental consciousness at the highest levels of the game.
