Funny that the Cowley's and Lincoln get so much stick. But if the league finished as it is now we would be playing two leagues apart. You have to give them credit where it's due.

Plenty of unexpected results in the holiday period LC 1-2 FGR

Early lead, concede in second half and a successful if desperate rear guard action and score on brake

Lincoln 1-1 FGR.

Tough game but think we're capable of getting something.

Lincoln are set up to to pounce on our mistakes, it will look as if we're in control of the match but don't let it fool you. They'll sit back then break, like most teams this year, we've hardly ever been in control. Lincoln 3-1 fgr

Maybe they'll be 2-0 up and we end up winning 3-2 and turn our season round like it did with Lincoln last season!

Lincoln 1 FGR 0

Not enough luck to scrape a point.

As with others predicting a loss, I’m hoping I’m wrong

I went for 1 - 1 in the prediction thread. However, I hope that we can make the game we now have in hand over our fellow strugglers, can be put to collecting 3 points, with a bit of determination carried over from last week's abandoned game.

See Yeovil let us down late last night. Can't see us getting anything from this but I'm regularly wrong.

I think Yeovil are in the mini league for the relegation places too and are one of the teams we have to strive to get above. We can’t expect to best those in the play off places - though I expect us to give it a good go - but we need points against those in the bottom 10.

Maybe the Crowley’s are right about the effects of all that rest we have had and we can spring a surprise today...

Cannot believe anyone in their right mind would have predicted a FGR win away at Lincoln on here . Just look and analyse the form, the league positions and recent games results - the sale of rose-tinted glasses have gone through the roof in Nailsworth lately. It is OK to dream, but lets be realistic With the current management and squad in place, the end-of-season outcome is becoming clearer with every week that passes. We will be playing Bromley,Woking and Aldershot again next season. Even if we win the next two games, we will still be in deep trouble points-wise.
