I'm honestly embarrassed by this. I take my kids to watch our club and expect much higher standards of behaviour and professionalism.

A Lincoln fan has also accused some of our staff of attacking him. Dear me Dale Vince, sort this rubbish out.

Cooper swore at a child and the child's dad reacted to it and was punched by a member of the coaching staff.

This was the dream I was so looking forward to this season. I've lost interest starting to laugh at the whole thing now.

I hope this isn't true. Tonight I'm feeling both disillusioned and disenfranchised by what OUR club represents at present.

I doubt anything will happen. Cooper is out of control. Results are out of control. The chairman will likely just say nothing, take the comments here as a personal slight and stick his fingers in his ears. Maybe he is happy with where things are at the moment.

Not a problem then, someone else can come in your place. What a silly comment.

You would be the first to complain if the boot was on the other foot.

Can I also add that if anyone is making accusations, and they weren't present at whatever is meant to have happened, then they should be very careful.

Was obvious Imps fans were going to intimidate and belittle FGR as much as they could today. Their brand of football is thuggish and it is clear the brothers win at all costs attitude transfers to the terraces. Stewarding did look a bit pathetic too. Why would a large bunch of fans hang around an opponents team bus an hr after end of match other than to cause trouble. This is something the Imps chairman should be responsible for.

Probably our saddest day as a club. Under intense provocation you should be able to turn the other cheek, then when safe make enquiries into why this situation arose and investigate in the right channels. It is clear having a father and son at same club is not beneficial for either party. Just hope this doesn’t jeopardise our 4 signings “already in the bag.”

Truly classless from both sides.

About FGR

We’re a club that looks to the future, but our identity is forged from a rich 128-year history. Founded in 1889, we’re one of the oldest football clubs in the world.

In 2017, we were promoted to the Football League for the first time in our history – which means we can spread our sustainability message to an even bigger audience. FIFA recently described us as the greenest football club in the world. That’s quite an accolade, and it shows how we’ve been able to bring together football and environmental consciousness at the highest levels of the game.
