Oh dear! I hope that Tuesday night's game is not postponed for a second time. Need the adrenaline fix, either by Radio or being there.

Agreed. Pity but no surprise based on pictures and comments to date but the Newport game is also in jeopardy I suspect. Still, I expect Newport will be keener to play this time and will make an effort so maybe it will be on.

Personally I hope it is postponed since I can’t make it next week (nor could I make Crewe) and yet I may be able to make any rearrangements. We don’t want a big fixture pile up though.

Seems most if not all the local Association Football games have been abandoned because of bad weather.
But just checked BBC Sports and read that Gloucester v Newcastle [Rugby Union] game is still on.
Very tempted to go and watch that match.
Anybody else interested?

Wouldn't watch that rubbish sport if you paid me!

To be honest as an FGR fan, it seems strange to go and watch a sport that turns its nose up at football, and why would you want to strengthen Gloucester rugby's grip on the county, it will not help us as a club.

So do I take it that you'd not be interested in going to only professional team game in county. :(
Shame.

Funny, I didn’t have LM pegged as a Young Ones fan.

Nothing wrong with the Young Ones, I'll have a young one any day.

Woke up this morning to the heaviest snowfall of the year and it is still coming down big time.
Now I'm wondering will the Crewe match be postponed for 2nd time?
Only consolation of getting snow in late March is that it soon disappears [compared to December/January].
Here's hoping the game is played on Tuesday and a FGR win

Heard an interesting fact the other day, apparently the most common public holiday to see snow in U.K. Is not Christmas or New Year, but Good Friday!

About FGR

We’re a club that looks to the future, but our identity is forged from a rich 128-year history. Founded in 1889, we’re one of the oldest football clubs in the world.

In 2017, we were promoted to the Football League for the first time in our history – which means we can spread our sustainability message to an even bigger audience. FIFA recently described us as the greenest football club in the world. That’s quite an accolade, and it shows how we’ve been able to bring together football and environmental consciousness at the highest levels of the game.
