Noted in the forum yesterday in the General Chat section under the "ex-FGR players and managers..." thread.
There is no 'I' in team

I liked his contributions to FGR, and say on here that i think he should have signed for us - its a sad loss as he had good potential and would have fitted our club criteria on age, etc.

What I saw of him I liked.

Especially as Macclesfield look as though they may be in for a tough season, I wish him well.

Not sure he had any choice Ash. We sent him back.

Must say I was surprised as he was one of the few that would automatically look to run at defenders and was coming good. But then we'd signed McG to replace CD and CD came back.

He has a chance to make his mark. I think it is a good signing and wish him well.

As for standards dropping, many of his age struggle to establish themselves at all, so opportunities have to be taken.
My mileage; yours may vary, of course.....

Good luck to TA and Macclesfield and their manager. I hear they are nailed on certs for relegation according to most betting sites.

Something Sol Campbell can use as an additional motivation tool.

About FGR

We’re a club that looks to the future, but our identity is forged from a rich 128-year history. Founded in 1889, we’re one of the oldest football clubs in the world.

In 2017, we were promoted to the Football League for the first time in our history – which means we can spread our sustainability message to an even bigger audience. FIFA recently described us as the greenest football club in the world. That’s quite an accolade, and it shows how we’ve been able to bring together football and environmental consciousness at the highest levels of the game.
