a double header from my holidays when we visited my gran in Eastbiurne. 3 x a year

Eastbourne United ..The Oval (complete with running track) in the Isthmian League and Eastbourne town Athenian League 3 sided ground at the Saffrons (the cricket ground) always used to go August,Xmas and Easter till she moved North.
Both Grounds were right in the centre unlike Eastbourne Boro (alias Langney Sports).

Good standard of football in the 60s...But now both in the county League

These haven't been around for long but are the best veggie sausages in my opinion.

Anyway...

I can't think of anymore sausages or tomatoes so unless anyone else can, I'll start another top ten tomorrow.

5. Some Like It Hot. Marylin Munroe, Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon all in sparkling form. Great story, great acting, and the chemistry between the 3 lead of them is infectious.

Also loved - Airplane, The Big Lebowski, Galaxy Quest, and I Know Where I'm Going.

7) A Star is Born (1976)

I haven't seen the latest remake yet but I'll be very surprised if it's as good as this one featuring Barbra Streisand.

Other favourites of mine are The Sound of Music and The Greatest Showman.

I love musicals!

Hi
I wonder if anyone has seen all 4 versions (1937, 1954, 1976 and 2018) in order to make a real comparison.

About FGR

We’re a club that looks to the future, but our identity is forged from a rich 128-year history. Founded in 1889, we’re one of the oldest football clubs in the world.

In 2017, we were promoted to the Football League for the first time in our history – which means we can spread our sustainability message to an even bigger audience. FIFA recently described us as the greenest football club in the world. That’s quite an accolade, and it shows how we’ve been able to bring together football and environmental consciousness at the highest levels of the game.
