Not sure whether Nors is injured
He is a talent, of that I have no doubt. Also he's our leading scorer and with more consistent selection would have notched 20 goals for the third successive season in 2014/15. That deserves respect - he has nothing to prove at Conference level.
But he needs a coach, not a manager. I did not believe Tranmere was a good move for that reason and that it also takes him far away from his West country roots. Still hope for good things for him, though not at our expense!
All speculation now, but I rather believe that he'd have enjoyed being at FGR this term given Ady's blossoming partnership with Jamie Day. Marsh Brown is playing in a similar way to Nors (so far without the goals) and it is to be hoped that better decision making will develop and be allied to his obvious skills and pace.
As I said, like Nors
