Good goal from ebbsfleet but I would rather watch a rerun of fgr 1 carlisle 4
dire standard ...now I know why efl status is imperative.

My wife has come in and turned the football offf at ht.

That's my last fix....

Popped down the social network and got the Halifax game on the box. Lots of bright eyes, what, there is football on ?

But after 5 mins of NL Action, minds wandered.

We've come a long way.

Theo Archibald on the move from Macclesfield? I always thought it a pity that we couldn't/didn't sign him.

That would be great for Theo if it comes off. He was raw with us one could see that he had talent and when he finally scored for us, I too was sad we couldn't keep him. We can't keep then all but I think he would have been decent coming off the right wing for us.

As ever, I wish him all the best but I expect that, as ever, he will flatter to deceive. When he was good, he was very, very good but......

Hi just wondering if anybody has seen / heard of any of our ex players on the move recently. I know it’s very quiet at the moment. Cheers

Alex Iacovitti just joined Ross County in the SPFL.

Ethan Pinnock named man of the match bt fans for another outstanding display Brentford v West Bromwich Albion last night. Three pages of glowing comments on their fans forum. Worth a read.

I watched both Brentford's recent games, and EP looked assured, solid, confident in defence, and threatening in attack at corners.Sadly, only heard one reference from a commentator as to his FGR days, but they often remarked on his non-league beginnings at Dulwich Hamlet.

a bit of gossip in todays NLP -nothing new/revealing in any of it but :

rhys murphy-allegedly the best striker in Non League --mmmmm !

Luke James at Hartlepool-attracting interest from league clubs mmmmmm !

Double page spread on Kevin Nicolson-and not one mention of FGR as one of his ex clubs .!!

Interesting to see where FGR's French connection are now.

Drissa Traore's at AS Beauvais Oise (ASBO) in the French 4th division.

Fabian Robert's player coach at Gloucester.

Mo Chemlal's at Red Star FC in the French 3rd division.

Simon Lefebrve's at Loudoun United in the US 2nd tier (USL).

Noticed Pat Mountain assisting Manager Johnson in the BC dug-out. Also, saw the Cowley brothers entering the ground before-hand being Covid tested.

Interesting that Chemlal is playing at a higher level than Traore (although guess the standard in both is pretty poor). Thought he showed a few flashes of ability here but never got that much of a chance

Interesting 2 feature articles in the NLP today

Fabian Robert's best ever XI featured Gavin Gunning in midfield,Keifer Moore CF and Ethan Pinbock at the back.

Also KM-B now at Memphis 901 USL team part owned by Tim Howard spoke highly of his time at the New Lawn after we rescued him from mad Martin Allen.

Both of them to me were wasted talents I cant belief Fabien is playing his trade at gloucester city if they start before fgr I might socially distance there and watch our ex players.

Hi cookie
How are you counting.
He has got more appearances in Championship than Keiffer.
Totals in L1 + Championship are:
EP 98 appearances and 5 Goals
KM 90 appearances 33 Goals + 5 Internationals with 2 Goals

About FGR

We’re a club that looks to the future, but our identity is forged from a rich 128-year history. Founded in 1889, we’re one of the oldest football clubs in the world.

In 2017, we were promoted to the Football League for the first time in our history – which means we can spread our sustainability message to an even bigger audience. FIFA recently described us as the greenest football club in the world. That’s quite an accolade, and it shows how we’ve been able to bring together football and environmental consciousness at the highest levels of the game.
