Although not a player but I see Kevin Phillips has joined Kiddminster as goalkeeping and fitness coach.

James Bittner made his first league start for Plymouth yesterday after a 4991 days wait. They won!

Yan Klukowski comes off the bench and scores for Newport Co in their draw against Accrington Stanley. Trust he may get a regular start soon, something lacking for him recently.

Let's hope he gets a game against Curtis McDonald when Brackley visit The Exiles in the FA Cup replay tomorrow.

Matty Taylor scored both Bristol Rovers goals in their 2-0 win on Saturday and Jason Walker got one for Barrow in their 4-0 victory.

Interesting piece about Luke Rodgers and New York Red Bulls - they don't want him back it seems although he apparently made quite an impression 4 years ago.....

That's awful. :( How the hell do you get over something like that? I imagine you dont, you just learn to cope.

Following a run of poor performances and results, Gateshead have terminated the contracts of manager Malcolm Crosby and assistant manager Gary Owers.
Neil Aspin takes over.

....and Paul Cox (ex-Torquay) replaces Darren Edmondson at Barrow.

Edit: Aspin to Gateshead suggested on social media, but not confirmed by the club as yet.

Handy goal that Clovis as Lincoln waste their game in hand. Good results for us this week provided we take advantage and beat Alty

Clovis is a very good player, shame it hasn't worked out for him here for whatever reason.

About FGR

We’re a club that looks to the future, but our identity is forged from a rich 128-year history. Founded in 1889, we’re one of the oldest football clubs in the world.

In 2017, we were promoted to the Football League for the first time in our history – which means we can spread our sustainability message to an even bigger audience. FIFA recently described us as the greenest football club in the world. That’s quite an accolade, and it shows how we’ve been able to bring together football and environmental consciousness at the highest levels of the game.
