I raised this problem with Helen Taylor CEO, several weeks ago.

A new phone system has been installed recently that might be causing the problem, I know this doesn’t help you in your current predicament.

We do indeed have a new phone system, which was installed last week but is working ok; the issue today is just a lot of phone calls for tickets. We have also added extra staffing on Reception to help deal with this.

I will look into why we have got so many calls tonight, as I wouldn't have thought it will be that busy at all.

And if anyone hasn't been able to get a ticket, the Ticket Office will be open as normal (5pm+).

Cheers

I tried all day and could never get through
Not great

So we can’t get the service we paid for ( match day radio) and then we can’t get in touch to complain

It really is a poor effort at fgr these days

If this is progress then I’m against it

And now the censor will delete this as it criticised the regime??

I just want to speak to someone

There is no reason to censor it, mind you if you had said I just ******* want to speak to ****** someone, then it might have been different.

But to support you I also can never get anyone to answer in reception so your not alone.

I have never used language like that lady M, I can assure you,but have regularly had posts removed if they were critical... so my point was sincerely and accurately put. Thank you for agreeing that it is hard to contact the club... however the problem still remains...

About FGR

We’re a club that looks to the future, but our identity is forged from a rich 128-year history. Founded in 1889, we’re one of the oldest football clubs in the world.

In 2017, we were promoted to the Football League for the first time in our history – which means we can spread our sustainability message to an even bigger audience. FIFA recently described us as the greenest football club in the world. That’s quite an accolade, and it shows how we’ve been able to bring together football and environmental consciousness at the highest levels of the game.
