Apparently FIFA were involved as they recommended the firm that laid the pitch and FIFA were also apparently very helpful in resolving the problems.

Glad they are sorted. It's a nice story down at that club.

The Worthing FC chairman/owner who bought the club with his insurance payout from his accident, is still going out with the girl he met on "The Undateables " tv programme on Sky aired some time ago. ( according to his Mum ). Nice footnote !.

Keiffer Moore scored again in the 96th minute.

James Norwood just scored for Tranmere, to put them 1-0 up against the Daggers, after four minutes.

Andy Mangan - goes to AFC Fylde on a month`s loan from  Tranmere Rovers.

Anthony Jeffrey - goes on loan to Dover Athletic from Sutton United until the end of January.

Kieffer Moore - Ipswich Town boss Mick McCarthy "still plans to cut short striker Kieffer Moore's loan at Rotherham and bring him back to Portman Road in January, although he says that might depend on whether the Blues receive a “bonkers deal” for the 25-year-old, who has netted 13 times in 16 League One starts and one sub appearance since joining the Millers and is currently the highest scorer in the top four English divisions".

Meanwhile, back in the NL, no prizes for guessing what Ady said about Barrow's win at Eastleigh. A fine victory, he thought, as " ... it's a difficult place to come ... " Think he needs a new scriptwriter

It was a decent result though. Out of the relegation zone and moving up. If he can cope with the travel, he'll get them out of trouble. But it will be boring.

Darlington obviously very keen to sign Reece.

Andy Morrell at Tamworth not best pleased it seems.

About FGR

We’re a club that looks to the future, but our identity is forged from a rich 128-year history. Founded in 1889, we’re one of the oldest football clubs in the world.

In 2017, we were promoted to the Football League for the first time in our history – which means we can spread our sustainability message to an even bigger audience. FIFA recently described us as the greenest football club in the world. That’s quite an accolade, and it shows how we’ve been able to bring together football and environmental consciousness at the highest levels of the game.
