FGR 1-2 Wycombe
Attendance: 2727
Goalscorer: Fitzwater

John Whiffen continues his run of good scores with best against Wycombe.
Not unexpectedly none of us chose Fitzwater as our goalscorer.

In final game of month against Carlisle, Fartvs Antiqvvs has nominated Bugiel as nominated goalscorer.
Omar has moved to Bromley for rest of season so be best if Fartvs Antiqvvs changes his player nomination.
Good luck

Good week for Tommo, who has regained lead for season by getting joint best scored for week, which also puts him into joint top spot for month.
TimB & New Forest Rover must both be suffering from high altitude nose bleeds after also securing top score for week.
Interesting to note that eight [8] of our predictas secured five points from attendance.

Good luck all [and FGR] at Swindon.

Well I hope I get no points next week given I have predicted a loss. We need another win to build the momentum

Nine predictas had correct result but nobody managed correct score.
And all those at top of table with 100 pts plus all secured 3 pts from game and create more space from the pursuing pack.
It is also good to see that every one of us has managed to score at least one point this month - you talented lot.

Good luck v Cambridge

It has been suggested and recommended to me that those games when predictas don't think FGR are going to score, they should be allowed to say 'No goals' for goalscorer and be awarded same points as a goalscorer if FGR don't score.
I will implement this idea in February.

Three predictas, Roy, Fartvs & Green jnr, with most points (14) this week.
Roy's score knocks Tommo off top of monthly table although he retains his overall lead.
Most of us had Doidge as our goalscorer but it will be interesting next month who we select: there are now three creditable goalscoring candidates.
Last game of January next week v Carlisle. The Exeter game will complete the December months table.

Good luck all.

About FGR

We’re a club that looks to the future, but our identity is forged from a rich 128-year history. Founded in 1889, we’re one of the oldest football clubs in the world.

In 2017, we were promoted to the Football League for the first time in our history – which means we can spread our sustainability message to an even bigger audience. FIFA recently described us as the greenest football club in the world. That’s quite an accolade, and it shows how we’ve been able to bring together football and environmental consciousness at the highest levels of the game.
