Pinnock back and fit and starting for Barnsley in the last two games.

Taylor starting again for Bristol City.

Two of our best 'products' ever.

Saw Aarron Racine at Worthing this lunch-time as they beat Burgess Hill 2-0. He seems to be more involved with each game.

Cracking header by Pinnock yesterday. No chance he will be heading back our way anytime soon. Barnsley fans recognising his quality and will be surprised if he stays with them very long. Only hope we have a decent sell on clause built in to his move.

Matty Taylor didn't get enough credit during his time at FGR and I know a lot of people on this forum who didn't think he was good enough for us!! Now look at him, his pass for the Bristol city winner in the game vs Man United wouldn't look out of place in the premier league, keep going Matty!

Agreed. He is destined for the top imo. And yes I hope Matty Taylor makes it too. I loved him at FGR - a very subtle striker.

It is funny how some players can polarise opinion, Matty Taylor was certainly one of those, you could add to him many others in recent years, the likes of Styche, Klukowski and Guthrie all had their admirers and detractors. I would say that Ethan was a rare example of someone who was admired for his ability the moment he walked through the door, I don't remember anyone ever doubting his ability or indeed anything about him, there was almost universal praise and good wishes when he left us...though a degree of surprise that he moved to Barnsley and maybe not a club with a slightly higher profile. It sounds like their fans also recognise his talents and it probably won't be too much of a surprise if his career continues an upwards trajectory, I certainly wish him luck and look forward to seeing how far he can go.

Cheers Operator

Lord Almighty, even slacker defending than in the Vanarama National League. Ethan just took a stroll in to 3 yards from goal and dink, nice little free header into the empty net.

Kieffer Moore going to the Posh for £250K. Hope we had a sell on clause added when we sold him to Ipswich.

About FGR

We’re a club that looks to the future, but our identity is forged from a rich 128-year history. Founded in 1889, we’re one of the oldest football clubs in the world.

In 2017, we were promoted to the Football League for the first time in our history – which means we can spread our sustainability message to an even bigger audience. FIFA recently described us as the greenest football club in the world. That’s quite an accolade, and it shows how we’ve been able to bring together football and environmental consciousness at the highest levels of the game.
