What we need is for someone who goes to the game to try and guess, or maybe upload a picture so we can all try to work out who they might be. I think there were a couple of trialists mentioned in the friendly against Cardiff, maybe the same two?

If they wanted you, or anyone else to know, then they would name them wouldn't they.

I get that , but for a public game like today think it’s a bit silly surely people at the game will spot them anyway

Yeah, I get it too, but what is wrong with a bit of curiosity...without it life would be pretty damn boring...although if someone posts that they look remarkably like Lionel Messi and Gareth Bale I might doubt them!

Seems odd to bring such a small squad

The starting triallist is Dominic Bernard according to twitter. 22 year old Birmingham right back, was on loan at Aldershot last season.

The extra defender who is wearing 36 does not look like Dan Jones unless we have another Jones in the youth team. The one trialist playing is wearing No 3 and playing right wing back.

24 min - McCoulsky Swindon S 0 - 1 Forest Green

The FGR striker gets his second in two games as he shows his strength down the right to beat his man before running at goal and converting from a tight angle.

38 mins. Allen - Super 0 - 2 Forest Green

A superb build-up from FGR as they pass it around before Adams plays in Allen into the box down the left and he finds the far corner well.

Rumour has it Dominic Barnard is signing or has already signed for us.

Other trialist must be the left back wearing 4 this half. The front 3’s each half a little lopsided. Collins who looks along with McCoulsky the natural central striker played deep and wide in first half and didn’t do much. Mondal playing central this half. Swapping those 2 would give better balance

78 mins: Triallist - Super 1 - 2 Forest Green

Stuart Fleetwood gets space to thread a good ball through and despite getting a hand to it, Montgomery is unable to keep out the triallist's effort.

Surely it’s 1-3 didn’t Williams put one in the top corner?

About FGR

We’re a club that looks to the future, but our identity is forged from a rich 128-year history. Founded in 1889, we’re one of the oldest football clubs in the world.

In 2017, we were promoted to the Football League for the first time in our history – which means we can spread our sustainability message to an even bigger audience. FIFA recently described us as the greenest football club in the world. That’s quite an accolade, and it shows how we’ve been able to bring together football and environmental consciousness at the highest levels of the game.
